Where is AIM's 2025 conference?

We are excited to head west to sunny Palm Springs, California! The conference will be held at the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs.

Palm Springs is in the Sonoran Desert of southern California and is serviced by the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). The airport is a 10-minute drive to the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs.

How can I book a room at the conference hotel?

AIM has secured a room block at the Riviera Resort & Spa Palm Springs for the federal government group rate of $186 per night plus taxes and fees. Please book directly with this AIM link. When is the conference?

The AIM conference is from Tuesday, December 9, through Thursday, December 11, with some additional, optional, pre- and post-conference activities noted below.

Main Conference: Tuesday, December 9 – Thursday, December 11

Pre-conference activities: Monday, December 8

  • AIM Executive Committee Meeting (for Executive Committee members only)

Post-Conference Activities (for AIM members and their staff only): Thursday, December 11

  • Post-conference workshop (Thursday evening)

The conference consists of leadership development training, collaborative meeting opportunities with colleagues, and networking opportunities with partners in the immunization space.

Who attends the AIM conference?

Typically, we have 250-300 attendees made up of the 64 jurisdictional immunization program managers (AIM members) and their staff, governmental and nonprofit partners, and AIM Alliance partners.

What is the cost to attend?

  • Conference registration: $900 early bird, $950 regular
  • Post-conference training registration: $750 per person

Do you have recommendations for dining and activities in Palm Springs?

Yes, the Palm Springs Visitors Bureau has created a list of local activities and attractions and a local restaurant guide that you can view and download.

Yes, for profit and nonprofit organizations have opportunities to exhibit at the 2025 AIM Leadership in Action Conference.

For profit companies can exhibit through the AIM Alliance Program. Contact Rachel Van Gundy if you are interested in joining at any level. All new AIM Alliance partnerships and current AIM Alliance partnership upgrades must be submitted by September 19, 2025, to receive applicable conference benefits.

Nonprofit organizations can exhibit at a discounted rate of $1,200. Contact Rachel Van Gundy if you are interested in exhibiting. All exhibit requests must be submitted by September 19, 2025, and are subject to approval by AIM leadership.

Yes, AIM invites Alliance partners to support key networking events at the 2025 AIM Leadership in Action Conference.
